Payment notes

The consultation fee is charged before a serious search begins. The placement fee becomes payable only when a candidate accepts and starts under agreed terms with the family.

Refund and replacement notes

Refund eligibility is limited and depends on cancellation stage. Replacement support applies within the stated term when the original role definition and working conditions remain materially unchanged.

Replacement period

If a placed nanny leaves during the agreed replacement window, we continue the search and provide a focused shortlist for one replacement role of the same scope. The replacement period applies only when the original role definition, schedule, and core duties remain materially the same.

When replacement may not apply

A replacement search may fall outside standard coverage if the family changes hours, requests a different live-in or live-out arrangement, adds substantial household duties, relocates the role, or pauses hiring for an extended period.

Cancellation terms

Consultation and search work begins once the brief is approved. If a family cancels after recruiter time has been allocated, completed consultation and active search stages are billed according to the selected package and work already delivered.

Refund notes

Fees linked to completed consultation, role definition, sourcing, and interview coordination are generally non-refundable. Any refund review is limited to services not yet delivered and to written terms agreed before engagement.

Agency position

www.torivandeluxa.com LLC is a nanny recruitment and placement agency. We introduce screened candidates to families and support practical fit decisions, but we are not automatically the direct employer of the candidate placed with the household.

Role complexity

A straightforward after-school role is usually quicker to define than a position that combines infant care, developmental support, travel readiness, language requirements, or coordination with other household staff. Broader expectations require more precise screening and interview alignment.

Schedule pattern

Full-time, split-shift, rota, weekend, temporary, and live-in schedules each affect candidate availability and search depth. The more specific the working pattern, the more important it becomes to match routine, commute tolerance, and long-term fit from the start.

Search scope

Local searches are usually simpler than confidential, urgent, bilingual, or relocation-based assignments. When the brief requires a narrower talent pool or additional outreach, the placement process involves more sourcing work and tighter coordination.

Assessment and checks

Fees may also reflect the level of review agreed for the search, such as recruiter interviews, identity checks, reference checks, and criminal-record checks where legally permitted. We explain the agreed scope before a family proceeds.

Before you proceed

Practical fit comes before placement.

We operate as a nanny recruitment and placement agency. We introduce shortlisted candidates to families, but we are not automatically the direct employer in every arrangement.

Agency role

Our role is to define the brief, assess practical fit, and present a focused shortlist. The final hiring decision remains with the family.

How matching is assessed

Matching is based on schedule, childcare experience, language needs, household routines, travel expectations, and the working style required in the home.

Screening scope

Screening may include recruiter interviews, identity checks, reference checks, and criminal-record checks where legally permitted and relevant to the role.

No guarantee of fit

Even with structured assessment, household chemistry, pace, and changing family routines can affect long-term suitability after placement begins.

Next step

Please review the fee structure and replacement terms before sending a serious enquiry. If the scope looks right, continue to request a consultation.

Discuss the right brief before you commit

Tell us the schedule, duties, language needs, and household routine you need covered. We will explain scope, likely fee range, replacement terms, and whether a focused shortlist is appropriate for your family.
